This is essentially an abundant society. As competition grows we need to pull on our own resources more and more.

In the many years that I have been working in the field of sales and personal development, it has become very clear to me that there is no shortage of skills.
There is however often a lack of time spent on understanding how we tick:

 Our emotions,
 Our needs,
 Our mechanism of conditioning ourselves,
 Our attitude
 Motivation.

There are two sides to success in business, one is skills the other is attitude. In my experience the latter has often been overlooked. If we wanted to get rich would we study a poor person? In order to sell effectively we need to study how the buyer thinks and ticks. Not mention taking the time to look within ourselves on a regular basis!

With this in mind I have created this programme.

This two and a half hour seminar is highly interactive a lot of fun and is packed with vital learning for delegates looking to sell themselves and inspire others around them to great success.

The key tools to the programme:

Conditioning: If you never turned the key how fast would your car move?
We all have an engine built within us and it is vital that we practice a powerful routine every morning before we greet our customers our office and our team. This module will remind us how we need to kick start our bodies minds and heart.

Goal Setting: Our brain is a goal seeking mechanism and unless we give it instructions as to where we would like to go how on earth can we expect to be on the right road?!
Although goal setting is a basic fundamental for all high achievers, only a small percentage of executives that I meet practice the art of goal setting correctly on a daily basis.

Emotional Needs: Purpose is motivation. It is vital that all high level executives find out why their sales people want to achieve at the deepest level. Many busy leaders these days do not take time to understand their purpose for success and as a result can become disillusioned and frustrated. This is an absolute core focus for all high achievers.

Peer Group Technology: We must hang around with successful people.
We have two elements that make up a human being: Genetics and our Environment.
Can we change genetics? Not yet!
Can we change our external environment? Absolutely!
We must spend time with people who are going to help us not harm us. We must actively seek out the right people to surround ourselves with. I believe this to be integral in both our social and business life.

Creating Emotion – Physiology: Movement and energy is a sign of life. This highly engaging module focuses delegates on how to maximise their energy, their spirit and their power to engage their teams and create real drive in everyone they come into contact with.

Creating Emotion – Focus: What we focus on in life is what we achieve. There are thousands of values in the world and we choose which we hold dear to us. By utilising this tool Craig can ensure that people focus on what is important to them and therefore build confidence and self-esteem.

Creating Emotion – Language: There are language patterns which will hurt and language patterns which will help. This tool demonstrates both the negative and positive use of language and how to utilise the senses to bring verbal communication alive.

Knowing Your Value: Nothing in the world is expensive and nothing is cheap – it is either value for money or it isn’t. What is important is for individuals to always remember personal values and their value within their team.
